MAP's Development League (D-League) is a free professional development fellowship for underrepresented athletes entering their sophomore or junior season. Through the program, Fellows develop in-demand skills for today's workforce. The D-League includes a five-tier approach to help you achieve success in your future industry:
[C] Career — 1:1 mentorship with a professional in your desired industry and access to 30+ Fortune 500 companies and Vault 100 law firms
[C] Coaching — personalized coaching from program alumni and former student-athletes currently working in competitive industries
[C] Community — access to MAP's network of 1,000+ former student-athletes, fellows, mentors, coaches, and professionals
[C] Competition — placement on a D-League team with five other student-athletes that compete each month for the number one spot in our team rankings
[C] Curriculum — access to a project-based curriculum that develops core skills through monthly group projects
Application Timeline:
Early Action: August 5 - September 5, 2022
Regular Decision: September 6 - February 1, 2023
Eligibility:
Underrepresented athlete graduating with a bachelors in 2024 or 2025
Career interest in Business Operations, Consulting, Finance, Law, or STEM
